I love the cute little Owl Punch. I've seen it used for so many different things and I just had to try the reindeer. I used the Snowflake Punch for the antlers and googlie eyes for my little reindeer. I used Heard from the Heart stamp and wrapped a bit of linen thread around the strip. Of course Rudolph had to have a little red glitter for his nose to light the way for Santa. Come back and see my soon.

Just a quick post tonight - I wanted to share this card with you. It was very quick and easy. Just a little ribbon and a few pearls and it was done. I used the Big Shot for the card base with a layer of Very Vanilla. I used Crumb Cake and Soft Suede ink for my snowflakes. For the label I punched one out of Very Vanilla and sponged the edges and one out of Soft Suede. Have a great weekend and be safe if you are out shopping this weekend. This is another of my favorites. I started with a base of Soft Suede and then a layer of Brushed Gold. I ran a piece of vellum cardstock thru my Sizzix in one of my favorite little e/b folders - the Northern Flurry out of the Holiday Mini. It turned out so nice that everyone at work thought I'd used some kind of ink on it to make it stand out so well. The sentiment is from a Hostess Set called Occasional Quotes. I used the new Decorative Label punch on Soft Suede, Brushed Gold and the sentiment is on Very Vanilla. Added a couple of brads and voila I'm done. I'm back! It took me a bit longer to recover this last time but I'm finally feeling almost normal - whatever that might be. I wanted to share a project that we will be making in the workshop that I'm doing this Saturday. I was looking for something fairly simple but yet one that would "Wow" my customers. I used the Tag's Til Christmas set for the ornament and stamped in Cherry Cobbler and Crum Cake on Very Vanilla and then ran it thru my Big Shot with the Square Lattice embossing folder. I punched out two tags with the new Decorative Label Punch and stamped with a Xmas saying out of the Word Play set. This card was fairly easy to put together yet I think it looks stunning. I've two teenage grandkids and I can't afford the "electronic gadgets they want this year so they are getting a gift card but I needed something ccute and different to put them in so here's what I can up with. I did this one with Santa from the Jolliest Time of the Year set and filled my Sweet Treat Cup with water and SU Chunky Glitter and backed with a heavy window sheet and so far no leaking. I'm hooked on Real Red and Kraft this year for some reason. It just seems to hit the spot you know.
The next one is done with the snowman for the same set only I did this card in Brocade Blue with a touch of Whisper White and Bashful Blue. You know Stampin' Up! is coming out with heart shaped Sweet Treat cups on January 5th when the new Occasions Mini and Sale-A-Bration starts. I can't wait cuz I just think they make some darn cute projects.
Okay here's the second one with my little snowman and I've tried to make the glitter move so you can get the snowglobe effect - not too bad huh?
